1. To search for registrations previously sold at DVLA auctions and the prices they achieved, type a complete registration or between 1 and 3 letters or numbers into the blank text field, and then click submit. 2. The search function will return any result or results which match the characters you typed into the text field. The way you view these can be changed by clicking on the arrows next to sort price and sort plate, which organise the results from a high to low or low to high price or alphabetical priority. If there are too many results to fit onto the page, you will find a 'next page' button at the bottom of the screen.
